Terms of Service
Welcome to MomPro Studio. By using this website or purchasing any offer, you agree to the following terms.
Who We Are
MomPro Studio is a brand and website studio operated by Charmaine Bandao, based in Toronto, Canada.
The Offers
One-on-one brand and website projects ($1,800 CAD), discovery calls ($99 CAD), and the Scroll Stopper Kit ($27) are described on their respective pages. Projects involve back and forth collaboration; timelines depend on client responsiveness. Digital products and completed custom work are generally non refundable once delivery has begun.
Payment
Payment arrangements are confirmed personally. Discovery calls are paid before the call. The Scroll Stopper Kit notification list does not collect payment on this site.
Intellectual Property
Until an offer is paid in full and delivered, all designs and drafts remain MomPro Studio property. Once delivered and paid for, the client owns final deliverables unless otherwise agreed. MomPro Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Discovery Calls
The 30 minute call is paid upfront and includes a live audit, an action items email, and the recording. The $99 CAD fee is credited toward the project if we continue. Applying does not confirm a booking.
Limitation of Liability
Services and tools provided as is. No guarantee of specific business outcomes.
